Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Bearing Introduction

A cylindrical roller bearing is a radial rolling bearing in which the rolling elements are cylindrical rollers. The internal structure of the cylindrical roller bearing is arranged in parallel by rollers, and spacers or spacers are arranged between the rollers to prevent the rollers from tilting or friction between the rollers, thereby effectively preventing an increase in the rotational torque.
The roller and raceway of this kind of bearing are line contact bearings, which are mainly subjected to radial load and are suitable for high speed rotation. Single row cylindrical roller bearings are mainly divided into NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF. Double row cylindrical roller bearings are mainly NNU and NN.
The inner and outer rings of a cylindrical roller bearing can be separated. The inside of the bearing is generally a steel stamped cage or a copper alloy solid cage. Polyamide shaped cages are also used in special cases.
