Bearing introduction

The angular contact ball bearings refers to a bearing having a contact angle with the sliding plane. This contact angle refers to the angle between the line connecting the contact point between the bearing ball and the raceway and the vertical line of the bearing axis in the radial plane. Angular contact ball bearings can withstand both radial and axial loads. It can work at higher speeds, and the larger the contact angle, the higher its axial load carrying capacity. High precision and high speed bearings typically take a 15 degree contact angle. As the axial force increases, the contact angle increases.

Angular contact ball bearings are available in double row angular contact and single row angular contact. There are three types of contact angles: 7000C (∝=15°), 7000AC (∝=25°) and 7000B (∝=40°).
